Prices indicate the number of individuals included in each photo shoot. Additional individuals are $25/each per session. Custom packages may be available upon request.


Please note that all Deposits are non-refundable and all charges are subject to 6.10% UT tax. 

Additional Digital Images may be purchased from your online gallery for $25/each.  Packages can always be upgraded after completion of photoshoot.

Balance due must be paid in full prior to the release of any digital or print media or release and/or release of online viewing gallery.

If a separate order for additional images or prints is placed, payment will be collected for this new order at that time. Complex editing requests will be billed by the hour and a quote given prior to the start of processing your upgraded request.

Custom Memory Sticks are available for purchase at an additional $35/each - Please ask for details.


 To secure your family portrait, couples, anniversary or engagement session, you will be emailed a Photography Contract which you will then complete, sign and scan/email back.  You will also receive an electronic invoice for the Deposit via PayPal or Venmo so you can pay online in a secure format.  

Once the non-refundable Deposit has been paid in full, and the completed contract received, you have now "saved the date".

Immediately following the completion of your photography session, you will receive the final invoice for the remaining balance due for the Digital Image Package you selected.  This invoice must be paid in full within 7 calendar days and prior to the receipt of any products or previews, including your completed online viewing gallery.  

A few select "sneak peeks" will be made available within 2-3 days of your shoot on the A Place In Time Photography business Facebook page.

Processing of digital image orders takes on average between 7-10 calendar days from the date of the photo session.  (Extra processing time may be necessary during peak seasons.)  

Each  session will be provided with your own complementary online viewing gallery for 30 days.  This gallery can be shared with friends and family and will allow you 30 days to view your images at your leisure and then make the selections as to the images you would like to receive to fulfill your order.  There is also an option of a private gallery available for the more discrete clients. 

The number of images provided in your viewing gallery varies depending on the package you purchased.  All final images added to this gallery have been carefully hand selected and processed to represent the very best of each of the poses which were shot as well as some touching candid memories.  For example if you purchased a 20 image package then your complementary viewing gallery will contain 35-40 edited images which you can then take your time narrowing down to your favorite 20. 

Unedited images are not provided to the client in galleries or for purchase.

Digital Images purchased will be delivered electronically in High Resolution format and also via USPS mail on memory stick for safe keeping (one hour sessions or longer).
